She Leadership

Empowering the next generation of women leaders

She Leadership is a student community at Roskilde University.

We bring young women together through talks, workshops, masterclasses and networking, building real friendships, confidence, and the next generation of leaders. Founded and run by students, powered by partners who believe in the same thing.

Our mission is to help young women develop meaningful friendships and support each other in growing as young leaders.

Our Mission

Lead where you are.

At work, at home,g in your friend group, leadership is how you show up: proactive, generous, and ready before anyone hands you a title.

Real connections, not contacts.

We build genuine friendships where everyone is open to everyone - an international community that feels like home.

We are here to grow.

We seek out the challenges that stretch us, because becoming better is the whole point - and it's better together.

Our Events

We organize a variety of events, workshops, and activities designed to bring young women together, inspire new ideas, and create memorable experiences. From hands-on workshops and inspiring talks to social events and collaborative projects, there are plenty of opportunities to explore new interests, develop valuable skills, and connect with like-minded people.

Whether you want to learn something new, share your knowledge, or simply enjoy time with fellow students, our events are all about building a stronger community and making student life more engaging. Take a look at our upcoming events and find something that interests you!
